Finding a college for the arts?

i've been thinking applying colleges in next couple of years since in high school.
main topics i've been considering choosing "main courses" school arts. want find school supplies @ least drawing/illustration/etc, creative writing, , possibly acting.
however, it's been hard me find one. need find college isn't expensive, admission rate isn't high (as in: it's lucky in, not extremely rare in.)
looking colleges located in united states , around east coast (florida, georgia, new york, etc.)
wanted state school washington d.c, if there schools there, please let me know!
, if go school, or have past experiences, first-hand or second, please include them , other information me.
