Should I learn the bass guitar of electric guitar?


pros , cons don't matter...you either want play 1 or both. started piano actually, moved guitar, , bass.

i'm told guitarists make lousy bass players (and i'll agree extent). bass (or more) rhythmic instrument melodic. if can't play steady tempo , lock in drummer, you'll fail bassist.

said, play both. called fair number of fill in gigs , studio work in area. can tell 3x calls bass. apparently in austin successful bass player need have car works , ability show sober.
