3rd Notice of Claim of Copyright Infringement e-mail from Comcast?

last year on 5/21/12 got email saying: dear comcast high-speed internet subscriber:

comcast has received notification copyright owner, or authorized agent, reporting alleged infringement of 1 or more copyrighted works made on or on comcast's high-speed internet service (the 'service'). copyright owner has identified internet protocol ('ip') address associated service account @ time source of infringing works. works identified copyright owner in notification listed below. comcast reminds use of service (or part of service) in manner constitutes infringement of copyrighted work violation of comcast's acceptable use policy , may result in suspension or termination of service account.

stopped downloading bit started towards december got caught on 2-11-13 deleted e-mail got caught downloading 3 days grace 1 x album. few minutes ago checked e-mail saying same thing first e-mail of them same it's different stuff downloaded. want know how many more chances before shut internet off. download lot of stuff pirate bay, kickass torrents, pretty anywhere can. use vpn should use every time download or not help?
