hoping start side business sole proprietor, selling photography , software, , made number of purchases equipment able pursue goal.

aware able claim "start costs" expenses businesses. how work sole proprietorships? did not register proprietorship yet, although intend soon. equipment, however, has been purchased in november , december. can register proprietorship , claim expenses on 2012 tax return?

sort of restrictions there, , should careful about?
