How do I get my splits all the way down?
know it's hard split every night stuff, stretch out lot , stretch (i'm not sure if know is) called butterfly. have sit on bum lower touching , flap legs butterfly. once have flat, try , ease way splits. try , splits minute each night , morning :) hope helps
in split front leg straight , flat on ground. leg won't go down!! hip doesn't reach floor , doesn't hurt don't know down. tips middle splits nice to. thanks.
