I Don't know how to talk with people !?

when i'm around best friends completley normal me mood on , act soo freely , laugh around ... love because they're friends , can act how ever want , around other people or family seem can't talk , it's don't know , talk not , it's i'm afraid might take serious or .. know ??!! , same new people meet. seem socialize mature people age (15 btw) because girls age on nerves ... !! socialize mature people can't because i'm shy talk , have nice personality , once confortable talk , fun , case talk , open people if open me topics talk or start asking me things , start talking -_- !!! deal not being shy , being afraid of saying , that's pointless , or joke other people take serious (specially family) ! please tell me if there should stop ! :) thanks.
