Is this a good motorcycle to buy for commuting?


first bike. dont know them , im looking more experienced opinion. 250cc low? dont want power (or burns gas)
price seems little low compared other bikes listed.. why that? doesn't have many miles. dont want fixer-upper dont know bikes.
