Should NASCAR ban fans for standing near the fence?

cannot blame nascar occurances this.
fence did best job could, given fence
supposed do.
kept car out, kept engine out.
appears tire went on fence. plus smaller debris makes
through penetration.
can never prevent every single scenario happening.

if there can do, can eliminate daytona , talladega
schedule, until make tracks cars can run no plates.
either flatten them out some, or better yet, reconfigure them smaller sizes.
cars have out grown tracks potential now.
not happen @ michigan, or texas, speeds faster.

after watching nationwide race, dangerous.
