hello!
try restarting computer. make sure adobe flash player updated , youtube not blocked anti-virus or internet security software. clear browser's cookies , cache if needed. when loading video make sure page loaded , has capable streaming.

sometimes whenever go onto youtube, go video , black video screen play button nothing when click it. don't see option change volume or video quality. annoying me how can fix it?
