Can I be fired/laid off for my situation? HR question?

took job realize misleading , not interesting me.
industry want move away from.
took job being told working in dc , not have go out there other location in virginia. raised concern of during 2nd round interview bc drive live va location takes 2 hours during rush hour traffic informed client in dc, not va.
have job, trying put me on projects in location not convenient me.
on top of this, company not expense mileage/tolls road fees/public transit fees/parking.
reimburse such things if traveling client site outside of city.

company tells you on 3 month probationary period when start , right 2 months in. i'm worried going fired/laid off not wanting go location on own expense.

don't think being difficult , wouldn't have accepted job in first place if knew have go location. fear of job don't like, fired/laid off not going location out of way? not want career history.

must know hr @ company not friendly or understanding. several employees have been yelled @ in 1 way shape or form.
