Why is it so painful to pass stool? Is there any other home remedies to help aid a less painful bowel movement?


suffered chronic constipation 3 years ago after taking heavy painkillers broken hand , wrist, , left me having irregular movements.
got better year ago, , started again after sports injury leaving me again on heavy painkillers - , i'm still struggling shift issue.
however, no longer constipation (i go every other day when "healthy" , that's now) problem think potentially have internal anal fissure have problems bms without pain, never strain - quite opposite scared go because of pain go through.
isn't bad first time suffered them. dictating life, , find myself in bathroom long long time.
i've been looking whats good/bad me , i'm going start trying prune juice. (i exericse, helps keeping me regular) , try not eat heavy fibre meals (as makes stool problematic gets bigger).
