Does anyone have any tips on what to do about workplace bullying?

need go through chain of command. (if being bullied manager/supervisor, go above them. first , foremost, confront bully first! let them know how making feel. sometimes, simple question like, " supervisor , have number can reach them at", stop bullying behavior if done during moment feel bullied! if doesn't work, use chain of command. lots of times "higher ups" feel need baby sitter if not being proactive , trying deal issue on own. more respect going bully first. if else fails, start looking different employment or file charges harrassment, (if warranted) through local police department. there laws can stop stuff happening in work place. hold head high , needs done. if don't, continue target.

it wouldn't inform boss part of problem. have advise on how counter bullying without losing job, jobs extremely hard come by?
