Help i don't know a thing about figure skating?

since live in uk, level systems different ours in us, in usfsa (united states figure skating association) have (from lowest highest) snowplow sam, basics (badges), freestyle levels, no test, pre-preliminary, preliminary, pre-juvenile, juvenile, intermediate, novice, junior, , senior. top, need skates, coach, , about, let's see, 5+ years of skating full time. , there many so-called "tricks" (we call them elements) take me of today list them all. girls wear dresses short skirts if skate pairs or singles, while girls wear long(knee length) skirts if ice dance. how skate backwards? on ice, oh yeah, not rent skates, don't sharpen them, why people bad on public sessions. anyways, on ice wearing own sharpened skates, skate around until feel it, while holding onto either wall, cone, or walker, turn around backwards cause if turn fast lose balance , fall. that's i've got, so... yeah.
(i'm assuming live in uk cause that's question asked from, says under question posted yahoo answers u.k.)

can tell me highest , lowest level. how lowest highest level. names of each trick. how skate backwards. can wear short dress costumes. stages there (free style). ect.
