Can I pursue the Performing Arts in America?

awkward, here goes. i'm 18, , many others age, feel lost in life @ moment. i've been trying decide on field study in since freshman year, , had make decision , in college, doesn't feel right, because it's not @ i'd doing. i'm has loved performing arts, never put thought it, because know it's difficult , unrealistic dream pursue, i'm starting feel failing feel better thinking in thirty years , regretting never giving shot. have no background in acting or singing, , quite honestly, have absolutely no interest in doing either in native language, wondering if had information studying in usa, in field. issue have family going through lot of financial trouble, , don't know how i'd ever able afford studying abroad. feel know want, , yet i'm still stuck other reasons. kind of frustrating. so... answers appreciated. issue have that, said, i'm going through bit of financial struggle, studying 4 years or long takes without earning money impossible, @ same time, it's stupid consider trying make in such competitive field without prior education. haha, i'm such mess.
