Gash in the middle of my foot! Help!?


hi, saturday @ beach, walking around barefoot @ beach. stepped on large seashell & cut whole deep foot. went doctor (not usual doctor, she's on vacation) saw doctor told me had gotten broken pieces of seashell out of foot & there no need him stitch up. didn't feel comfortable leaving without stitches because pretty deep cut , i've had cuts before on face weren't deep 1 & still required stitches. wrapped & gave me prescription pain. said should okay. it's monday night & it's hurting worse before went change wrap & started bleeding & oozing puss. looks worse did when got it. pain won't go away. i'm college student & went school today, had walk around whole campus. not seem if trying heal. don't know do. i've tried hot water, ice, nothing can stop pain mom said might infected. right type holding towel foot because bleeding & oozing puss.
