Is recycling expensive?

recycle, buy products made recycled materials, toilet paper feels sand paper, note paper that's gray, plastic looks bit weak etc.

curbside recycling bins subscription fee based service, pay monthly fee, pick recyclables. business model fees paid pickup. if happen sell recyclables great, if market glutted due popularity of recycling bins, sorted recyclables go landfill.

tossing things bins isn't recycling, it's greenwashing, recycle, have pay premium prices inferior goods. if there enough of demand, fish recyclables out of trash.

i want try family habit of recycling. it's healthier environment, yeah.
recycling expensive? i've heard before, i'm not sure.
