Runners- How could I run if I didn't want to run outside nor have a treadmill?


unfortunately depending on location in world climate can depressing situation when out window or turn on weather channel , see bone chilling numbers in negatives or perhaps live in area hot can cook eggs on roof of black limo.

either way these challenges runners face weather crunching of snow @ feet or constant pounding of sun's heat. there couple options if stay in comfort of home , become runner long know going outside eventuality , part races , other athletic events occur...outside.

first suggestion focus on lower body workouts such target same muscle groups utilized during running. focus on simulating style of run enjoy fast explosive sprinting or longer more endurance based running?? either way these exercises build confidence need take on bigger challenges

fast toes (like in football go fast drop push position , fast toes)

try these out , need more space enjoy lifes wonderful view
