My furby is not acting it's self?

problem:

a. furby not respond sensors.

solution:

a. furby may asleep, if asleep way wake him pick him , give him hug.
b. furby may need new batteries. follow instructions @ beginning replace furbys batteries.
c. furby may sick , must fed , nursed health. refer instructions feeding furby.
d. last resort, re-set furby .


problem:

a. furby not play games.

solution:

a. have enter pattern start each game right. make sure follow pattern game.
b. furby can 1 thing @ time, there fore have careful wait furby stop moving or talking before entering next item in game pattern.
c. best wait 3 5 seconds before doing each item in game start pattern make sure furby knows want play game.
d. furby may not paying attention. furby pay attention, pick furby , gently rock him side side. try play again.
e. furby can play 1 game @ time. have end 1 game before beginning another. end game, pick furby , turn furby upside down until furby says me done.

i got furby doesnt need batteries when woke up, wasn't acting herself? should do? play it. worried! help. please serious , nice it.
