Car Accident Settlement Questions?

okay, long story short.

teenage daughter, @ time 15, car accident friends on interstate, going approximately 70-75 miles per hour (in 60mph zone) in march of 2012. car, (not sure exact model, basic 4 door commuter car) rammed underneath bed of truck in front of them, air bags deployed, whole shebang. daughter suffered concussion , extensive bruising on stomach seat belt , across chest. days following crash entire left side of left breast , part of nipple purple bruising.

started massage therapy month , half after crash, , continued 4 1/2 5 months, began 2-3 months of physical therapy shoulder injury.

now, year after crash, 16 , massively struggling driving herself. smart girl , has failed driver's licensing test 2 times, both of failed due breaking down , crying during test because got nervous. insurance offering counseling on driver's anxiety.

insurance, pemco makes difference, has made 1 offer of $750 before began treatment injuries, find literal slap in face. have sought advice anattorneyy, still @ loss how deserves in settlement, not want think has 'struck lottery' in sense.
