Employer forcing me to sign papers.?
in can not forced (except court of law, or law enforcement officer/agency) when fail asked must accept consequences.....
discussed issue you, signature confirm fact, not imply agree....
employers may allow add comments in states matter of policy not of law, there 2 or 3 states require employer allow add comments or add document personnel file 2 or 3....
arguing stupid, employers not have use progressive discipline (warnings, written reprimand, suspension, termination) use pd correct issues , employee keep job... have fired on spot....
so,
either sign or face consequences of choices
my employer asked me sign warning notice refused , said can not come work unless sign. sent me home. asked if fired , said no cant return work unless sign papers. legal , should ??
