working offshore in oil industry in angola, west africa.
rotational nature of position means work 4 weeks , work more or less fly me home or destination of choice time off.

hold both irish , british citizenship, last year went on 3 separate occasions nyc total period of 3 months.

enjoyed intend (as of late june) rent apartment there year.
spend 4 weeks @ time there returning , forward job in africa.

intend take new esta each time , stay each time no longer 4-5 weeks , not seeking form of work during time in us.

question is, know legality of plan do?

aware esta supposed 3 months in year.

instance stayed 3 months in total in 2013 , 3 months in total in 2014 considered 2 separate years legal wise , able let run concurently?
