My painter turtle won't bask, should I be worried?


keep turtle in aquarium or tub big rock, note level of water should lower height of rock, turtle can climb upon , keep him/her dry (basking). make sure don't disturb him/her. keep aquarium on quiet place, once he/her familier surroundings bask in front of people.

he ran on lawn mower when toom him friend tried care him. believe have done right. noticed 2 days ago he's not basking @ nite had bee n last few months. idk do. want what's best him.
