based on experience, yes. i'm able run gta: vc on machines, of run on windows 7, 2 of run on windows vista. able run game without need change compatibility settings. when game, go ahead , try run without changing compatibility settings. if game doesn't load, try adjusting compatibility setting windows xp right-clicking shortcut , going "properties," clicking on "compatibility" tab. next, you'll need check "run program in compatibility mode for:". "windows xp (service pack 2)" should selected. [try first.] if isn't, click on whatever *is* selected , drop-down menu appear. select "windows xp (service pack 3)." hope helps/will help.
