Do I need to get stitches for this cut on my finger?

last weekend cut finger cutting oranges. hurt little bit it's sliced skin off it's partially detached finger. there's flap of skin because of way cut. if want hair or without band-aid in finger hair gets caught or else might caught in cut. hope explained well, couldn't decent shot of cut give better idea. i'm curious how can re-attach itself...and should incident.
