Habit of clicking bones in my fingers...?

noise hear when click fingers small bubble of gas being released, , not related actual finger bones. there no evidence related arthritis think there correlation ligament damage , other problems. stop doing naturally after couple of years don't worry much! cracked knuckles 20 times day , have no problems =]
