My eyes are red and they really hurt.. help?

if eyes hurtful must inflamed, see eye doctor.

if on wear contact lenses, keep them out of eyes few days.

many things can cause red eyes, find underlying reason behind it.

dry eyes can cause redness, not degree unless extremely dry , watery.
on wearing contact lenses, due lack of oxygen reaching eye surface.
eye infections, there may discharge of eye mucus.

because hurtful, need see eye doctor eyes vulnerable getting eye infection.

my eye's quite bloodshot , hurts when try move eyes much? please please
