My fiance and I want to get marry she has a F1 Student Visa would there be any problems if we get marry?

hi there! i'm u.s citizen , want marry girlfriend fiancé. met when little , had children's love. move states (where born) , stayed here since then. couple of years ago, found out in u.s international student , got connected again. our relationship started more year ago. , want marry her. have visited guatemala (which whole family from) , me , girlfriend have had amazing relationship. have not doubts that's woman want marry.
problem is---
came of program , made sign contract/promise never seek stay here illegal or legal. te intentions of program students must go , give country she's learning here. willing go through process marriage requires i'm concerned issues might come along way.

entered country legally student visa (f-1) , has never had illegal miss behavior or that.
visa expires on august 23th, 2013.
questions are:
-can marry , have stay here me?
-is possible , recommendable marry months before visa expires?
-would document signed program problem?
-i heard need make change of status not sure else need do.
