What does it say about someone that doesn't recycle?
isn't recycling till buy products made recycled materials.
recycling bins subscription fee based business, charge homeowners pickup on water bill. if happen sell recyclables, helps underwrite costs otherwise if market glutted due popularity of recycling bins , lack of popularity of recycled products, recyclables goes landfill. if there enough demand, fish recyclables out of trash. may recycling more because throwing blue bin isn't recycling, it's collection.
