What nationality am I?

if have kazakh citizenship, nationality. can not go parents, grandparents, etc. born. u.s. stupid enough grant citizenship because born here.

russia spreads third of way around world; russian culture includes eskimos, saami, mongols, rus, , hundreds, thousands, of other cultures/ethnicities. don't forget many ashkenazim live there.

so, russian, nationality wherever have citizenship.

if born in kazakhstan in 1992, , since declared independence soviet union in dec 1991, still call myself "russian" since family soviet union aka russia. or considerered kazakh since born there?
