How do electrical companies know when your house needs more energy?


when connect light bulb battery light bulb works @ full potential when connect more 1 light bulb in series brightness of each bulb drop (i think so).

when home , have plugged in tv pc , on running @ same time , if maser the voltage in every single socket still 220 volts. how possible? why not see or sense drop of power in devices bulb starts glow less brighter before?
