How long after a new game console comes out, do they stop making games for the old one?


got ps3 less year ago. ps4 supposed come out @ end of year, don't plan 1 right away because way expensive, @ first. i'm wondering when they'll stop making new ps3 games? stop making them same time new console comes out, or keep making them awhile? , how long? had ps2 before, had guitar hero , rock band, , didn't pay attention other games , when stores stopped selling ps2 games, have no idea.
