Walmart refuses to repair my bike. What do I do?

bought bike couple of weeks ago. it's mongoose, mountain bike. when jumping on edging, tire (or inner tube) got busted. sounds disappointment me since mountain bike intended such things, don't think it's fault.

now, tried repair myself. bought new tire, didn't have 29" inner tubes available, decided give them repair since @ moment of purchase, sporting goods told me had 90 repair plan if happens bike. customer service refused take bike repair since 'walmart not take bike repair altogether'. that's said. said, alright, give me refund then. refused take bike either since has blown tire.

appears can't repair since don't have 29" inner tubes, nor give them repair, nor receive refund. , looks lied repair plan.
