Which photography school should I choose?

while cannot name "top" photography school today, report had excellent education in photography , art-advertising taken @ local junior/community college in california.
community colleges known hiring qualified professionals in field teach classes.
photography professor had done tours of europe military during wartime, in states had own professional photography studio on 25yrs.
art teacher had been designer gm 10 yrs, had own advertising agency lengthy time before taking teaching position.

navy used same course taking, educate men work in photography-art fields. education got aimed @ people work in fields.
price factor in community colleges. costs far less 4yr universities.

so, rather going on school's reputation, explore instructors , own accomplishments.

i want go 1 of best photography schools bachelor degree, don't know choose. i'm looking somewhere in north american (considering fact live in canada), wouldn't mind going somewhere out of here. want go more publicity , fashion photography.
