I just installed a 3 prong electrical outlet with no ground in the wall... what's the risk?

2 wire 2 prong outlet. 3 prong outlet? did change? have hole. normal setup 3 hole plugs, ground hooked "the ground stake" out meter box outside.(shoved ground >>>ergo term ground<<<
if have copper pipes water supply - ground pipe goes water supply pipe in ground. run bare copper wire green screw , fish plumbing pipe , clamp onto that. totally acceptable.
. ground protect lightning bolt direct hit(which fry on in house) have not been hit 1 of while now. how you? how weather.

it 2 prong outlet , changed 3 prong. outlet had white , black wire , no ground wire. computer working safe hook future?
