In Japan, is it rude to not eat your vegetables? Or any food in general?

i'm planning on going japan foreign exchange student, have heard seen rude when don't finish food. unfortunately, have terrible dislike vegetables, , can manage stomach few (onions, carrots, celery).
if eat around of vegetables, taken rude?
also, if try food/meal , absolutely cannot stomach it, rude not finish it? or fine long @ least try it/eat bit?
