saw ad placed yesterday restaurant looking full , part time servers, type of job work. went in , asked application , guy in front told me hours looking hire for. after filled out application waited front desk , guy came , asked if manager, was. told him applying position , replied not hiring positions @ moment. obvious lie , obvious judgement on me based on appearance. pretty offended , im wondering if illegal? im not going think thats shitty way treat people , should illegal write people off based on appearance. im assuming because have couple tattoos , piercings shits ridiculous, im clean articulate friendly person 4.0 in college.
