depends put on. if load down condiments, no. confiments found @ subway pick lot of unhealthy aspects of food (though said couple other things, including possible use of bacon [often greasy] beef [propably corn-fed cows, instead of grass-fed] , soda offered [which contains either high fructose corn syrup or aspertame]). if have heavy on lettuce, no. lettuce should used sparingly, why idea if taking lettuce tell them "easy on lettuce". also, lettuce should dark green, because of society live in, how high demand food , how, chances gmo, grown , sold light green white colour, therefore making rather unhealthy.

there other aspects makes subway unhealthy other fast food restaurants, including how wheat bread not wheat), if know looking @ , choosing wisely, subway can least evil of fast food restaurants out there. though, if worried healthyness, better off choosing slow food on fast food , cooking @ home.
