Problem in sending attachments with email?


since yesterday have been encountering problem. can attach files email, when press send button message appears:

there problem!
not sure why, our usually-reliable server goofed-up while sending message. please try again

tried again , again same message appears. deleted cookies, tried mozilla firefox , upgraded internet 7 8, still problem isn’t solved. must do?
