You hear gunshots down the street. Do you investigate or let someone else do it?

live gunshot means coyote after someones chickens. when worked in city, gunshot meant heads up! went investigate once because street (three shots fired) around midnight. beat cops there ten minutes. found 1 guy dead , 1 wounded. shooters long gone. not 1 local came out see up. according survivor drive-by resulting argument they'd had punks on parking spot.

edit: 'not o fan' said.. if there had been ongoing gun battle, going do.. defending form who... that's strictly case case deal.

in situation clear going on. first aid give, did.
