let ashes judge

no longer write you,
i’m pass seeking audience.
adrenalin’s applause fades fast.
performance needs not stage.

rather seek echoes of time
knowing if words true
weren’t influenced
, ego should never lead.

not fear of failure here
nor shyness or vanity’s sheen
desire write unrestrained;
free poetic’s chains.

let come after me
judge me in lighted clarity
of time’s seasoning reflection-
, if proves ashes,

not regret- ashes
, i, had our date.
