How to have a postive attitude about running?


used hate running passion beforehand year have learned it. in fact ask if can laps on track @ our neighbouring school.
best way perservere through horrid task

1)run friend. keep conversation. talk latest gossip sports game or bubzbeauty youtube video! distracts mind running keeping moving.

2)distract yourself. best way run. keep legs automatically running , day dream. think of scenarios. comes mind
(usually bored of running friends if decide slow down or walk run ahead. gives me time slow down enjoy , not have worry keeping up)

3)have race. having race friend,rival or enemy can keep busy.it motivates , keeps determined. want win. running fast , efficient.(i have had race fastest boy in class.we ran 1/3 of track. ahead of together.he challenged me , accepted.he made company , fun

4)learn it! @ pros of running instead of cons. beautiful side better side of running. know have anyways learn @ least pretend it. persuade mind or trick believing running. make months go quicker.

i fricking hate running passion , tbh i'd happier slitting wrists running how change attitude because i'm stuck running thing next 5 months because pe requirement graduating @ current school.
