I'm scared of centipedes help!?


ok title says, i'm scared of centipedes. absolutely hate them , once see one, forever become paranoid until kill them.
ok today saw 4 of them. four! usual defense thing kicks in , become super focused , kill them.it's little malfunction have when see insects.
see 1st 2 centipedes squashed bare handed , 3rd cut in half. 4th went down stairway , can't find it. i'm paranoid. can't find 4th one. there can rid of , have home centipede free?
