started petition on "we people" white house website. want them legalize backyard chickens in cities in 50 states.. should allowed have few chickens if want, makes people independent , teaches responsibility. chickens other things besides feed eating pest , pesky weeds , manure gardens. if raised own chicken there no use huge commercial poultry farms abuse chickens..
