How can I memorize my 90-second monologue?

read first sentence script. first sentence without script. then, read both first , second sentences script. both sentences without script. move on third sentence, first 3 sentences without script, etc, etc. works every time. practice quite bit, because makes memorization solid. typing , retyping helps. doesn't take time think. , once memorized, chances are, won't forget in hurry. luck.
