Should I go the the ER after 6+ weeks severe constipation?

approximately 6 weeks ago started passing gross mucus type stuff , no stool. mucus continued few weeks began having extreme pain shooting down left leg made impossible sit. x-ray of spine normal, hip out of place, nerve/muscle test shows nothing wrong. ortho doctor popped hip in place , leg pain has gone away. however, constipation has gotten worse. nothing passes, not mucus. drink more water, exercise more, taken several laxatives , drank aloe vera juice? nothing working. i've gained 25 pounds since started. feel pressure on sometimes. doctors nt listening me , keep sending me home advice take laxative , add fiber diet????

should go er, painful , uncomfortable @ times. plus 6 weeks no bowel movements.....not normal. can insurance deny medical emergency leaving me er bills?
