Will I ever be an actress?

maybe - it's going mean many years @ acting class, many more years gaining experience, , depends on how talented , lucky are.

it's rare actor more 2 or 3 weeks paid acting work year, you'll need ordinary job well.

unless you're extremely talented , love act more else, it's not career choice.
