YouTube videos loading very slow, stopping and starting?


past 4 or 5 days youtube videos have been loading , stop every few seconds "buffer", little circle of dots isn't appearing in middle of video. stops , goes.

nothing has changed on end must youtube problem, right?

tried changing video quality lower...like 240 pixels or whatever. looks horrible load little bit faster.

using google chrome parents use internet explorer on laptop , have same problem.

have no problems watching videos on other site youtube.
