How tiring or hard is boxing?
you'll doing lot of running, lot. punching bag 30 seconds hard can none stop don't seem takes out of you, in head really, keep doing weights , cardio, go jogging , try things push ups use own body weight, you'll fine, hard lot of fun
my gym having raffle, win 2 hours week 2 months of free boxing. i'd try it, i've never done before, don't want win , end not being able carry through it.
how it, , how can prepare, in case?
