Questions about homeschooling, need answers as soon as possible! help please?

i've been doing lot of reading lately homeschooling,but still have other questions. i've been interested in , have tried convincing mom many times before. year looked it, late start program signed for, have next year great i'm excited! thing is, i've missed lot of school, family reasons, because of health. hit hard sickness every year, 2-3 times month, don't go doctor, don't have doctors note , absences rack up. try stay healthy, body doesn't fight off lot guess. ok, real points question miss lot of school because of health , family situations, can't start homeschool program until next year , i'm afraid i'll sick again , can't stop it. i'm in desperate need help.
q: there homeschooling programs can set asap no matter when start? like, it's march, there programs can call, set up, , start within matter of week or 2 or less? i've heard of some, don't know of , 1 of friends did it, lives in state , may different please help!!! thank xoxo
