Tv screen cracked?! How so I fix?!?


ok baby cousin threw toy @ tv , there's crack.. crack kind of small , feeling outside not crack think it's cracked inside. around there red , green , black lines! read if put petroleum jelly on crack fix. make lines , crack go away? way yes turn on , remaining part of screen doesn't have crack clear , works. , remote too! need fixed! it's 32" , sony. ill give full stars whoever gives best answer!
